Hands On Painting is a newly established company operating out of Vancouver Washington. Our vision is to create a space that allows for self growth and sustainability while moving toward a brighter future for ourselves, our families and all of those who are on the team. The majority of our work is in the Vancouver/ Camas/ Ridgefield area, while also accepting projects as far north as the Kalama/ Longview/ Kelso area. We are currently seeking a talented, motivated, and experienced painter to join our team. To us, this encompasses the capability and dependability of your skill level, while also speaking to the reliability and consistency of your participation within the company. Our top priority is to maintain a positive space for everyone involved. We want to be sure the crew is happy and content with their contribution while ensuring the happiness and trust of our clients, this is how we are able to continue to provide the work. While remaining humble and a willingness to provide service to most, our main project focus is for higher end interior and exterior residential homes. In the very near future we will be accepting commercial work, and also expanding North to Olympia/Seattle and South towards Portland and Tillamook. Our base pay offer is $18 per hour to experienced painters for a 30 day trial period preceding the immediate opportunity to increase that rate based on performance and consistency.
