These values lead us to creating amazing customer experiences. The Vuori Returns Specialist is an integral part of our Customer Experience, especially related to returns and refunds. Vuori Returns Specialists are required to process a large number of returns, and verify the units for any defects. Our base is in Otay Mesa, where it is a warehouse setting. Description As a Vuori Returns Specialist, you are highly skilled at unpacking and identifying Vuori Gear. You handle the gear with care and inspect it to ensure it is “like new” quality. Keeping an eye on who the return is from and confirming the customer returned what was listed on their RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Ability to identify the garment, properly identify the right UPC code, and separate any defective items from the 1st quality units. Key Qualifications • Some retail warehouse or merchandise handling experience is strongly recommended, but not required. • Ability to help fellow team members and assist overall team • Desire to grow with the company; asks questions and able to learn quickly • Ability to self-manage, including time, tasks, and workspace cleanliness • Desire to do the right thing, all of the time • Ability to safely lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs. • Willingness to keep busy • Always looking for ways to improve efficiency Pay Rate - Starting pay would be $15-$16/hour, with some overtime available.
