Please I need urgent help kitten in need

I have a kitten that I found at one week that has Megaesophagus she is almost 3 months now I took her to the vet almost every two weeks and she got shots an is so tiny I am doing the best I can but I don’t have the time to tend to her needs like she needs because I am back and forth! Please I need A forever home for her I don’t trust shelters or hospitals because all they think is if you don’t have the money put her down. She Is a fighter and very strong and beautiful she has much life in her. Just like any pet she needs to right owner to help her do that. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME FIND HER A FOREVER HOME PLEASE !
