Rehoming 2 year old male cat

We are looking to re-home our cat. His name is Nonnie and he is a medium hair domestic black and white cat. He was originally our roommates but she moved out and couldn't take him. We have had him for a year now but we are moving soon as well and never really wanted to have a pet quite yet. We are a small family. He gets along with kids well. Our 7 year old adores him. On the other hand he doesn't get along with other cats or dogs. He was picked on as a kitten and has kept that with him. He gets very territorial with other animals. He is a very loving cat 99% of the time. He is a big boy and gets a cranky when he is hungry. He will sure let you know when it's food time. Our hope is that he goes to a home with no pets and that whomever will love him as much as he deserves it. We don't have a cat box to move him but we can provide what food and litter is left. A litter box and a couple scratchers. If you have any questions please get ahold of me. We aren't looking for a pet fee for him just a loving home.
