I forced my workers to get vaccinated

I am a building contractor. I build homes for a living. I am so sick and tired of hearing all this vaccination nonsense that as of two weeks ago I gave each of my employees an ultimatum. Get the vaccine or do not come back to work until you do. In essence all of my non vaccinated crew has been layed off un til they get the shots. I work with more than a dozen subcontractors. I told them the same thing. No non unvaccinated crew members allowed on my jobs. I feel like a parent forcing their kids to brush their teeth or do their homework. But somebody has to be the grown up here. This anti vaccination BS has gone on too long...
