Around The Town Handy Man"LLC" is a family owned Christian based company looking for persons, crew or individual who has proven experience in home remodeling. We are Residential Contracting Company focused on single family dwellings up to 3 stories in height. We cover a range of tasks from Kitchen & bathroom remodels to whole home remodels as well as small projects like putting together shelving and accomplishing handyman lists. We sub out all electrical, plumbing and HVAC work according to our license. What we are seeking is persons able to be self-starters and to become an independent handyman with Around The Town Handy Man"LLC" Residential Repairs & Remodeling Qualifications: Get to and from the project sites Have a multitude of skills in home remodeling: Carpentry, tiling, framing, flooring(Vinyl, laminate&wood), drywall, painting, door & window installation to FL HVHZ code, texturing, cabinetry, concrete & siding Be able to be left on projects alone or scope & assess new projects Be honest, reliable, determined and quality oriented Have hand tools available Be able to work a smartphone or tablet for clocking in a project tracking purposes Drug free a must and non-smoker preferably
