Learn the 7 styles of cheese in our fun and cozy cheese boutique. Calling all cheese lovers! Whether you're an expert or a newbie, Cheese 101 is the place to be! We will walk you through a tasting of the 7 styles of cheese... from bloomy to blue and everything delicious in between. Learn the history, origin and fun facts about each cheese style as well as specific details on your 7 cheese selections. You will leave with the knowledge you need to approach even the most daunting cheese counters and create your very own cheese course at home. 1. What will be included in class? A single ticket ($35) includes a large tasting portion of 7 cheeses (1 from each category) along with selected pairings of olives, nuts, jams, and bread. 2. Can I participate virtually?
