Just putting feelers out there. Offering for sale Red, a 10 year old 17.2hh unraced Thoroughbred. He was bred for and born at a performance TB farm in Tennessee. Reds Sire is “Legacy in Gold” who carries the talent performing in dressage and scoping over fences, from the famous stud “Glitter Please.” Reds Dam is “A Dixie Solo.” He has papers but was never registered. I bought him for my next Eventing horse, as he still has the potential, but given certain circumstances and him needing more work put into him I don’t have the ability and time to do so. I am still wanting to pursue Eventing, but a horse that I can go out and perform on or has already been started lower level would be more ideal for me at this point and I will be looking for one. He has come a long way with flatwork and training under saddle. W/t/c, ties, bathes, loads great, good for vet,sensitive sides so no spurs needed, he needs an experienced rider with soft leg control. Used to be cinchy but has tremendously improved. Very smart and willing to learn with a good head on him, but can be spooky to new things. All around a good horse just needs more training and someone who can give that to him. Was underweight before I got him and has been gaining.
