Rehoming stray 6 month old kitten

I found a 6 month old kitten outside my apartment, a man had a dog and he was mentioning he was gonna let his dog attack the kitten which made me take the kitten in for it’s safety. Unfortunately I can’t afford nor can I have any animals in my apartment so I need to find someone who can take the kitten in for good. I have nothing for the kitten besides the actual kitten and I’ve given her multiple baths but she still has fleas. She needs a secure family who will love and protect her and give her a permanent home. I’m located on the north side of Houston (ZIP 77090).
