JACK B CLARKE SR. - GOOD NEIGHBOR The JBC Good Neighbor Award is for that individual whose passion, skills, and gifts are shared willingly with the community. Her/his leadership has helped to make your neighborhood, and Riverside a special place to live, work and play. This is an individual with a long history of community activism who have led organizations or community initiatives that improve our neighborhood quality of life.  2. NEIGHBORHOOD SPIRIT This award is for that GROUP in your neighborhood that brings together the skills and talents of their members for the benefit of their community. This group or organization may conduct a project, put on neighborly events, and helps to make a difference for our Riverside neighborhoods. 3. NEIGHBORHOOD HERO What qualities make for a great neighbor?  This INDIVIDUAL, who is quick with a smile, takes time to listen and can be counted on to help their neighbors. This individual can be anyone you feel has gone above and beyond for the betterment of your neighborhood. RNP Nomination form - https://bit.ly/2021RNP_AwardsDinner_NominationFORM The Riverside Neighborhood Partnership (RNP) is a community group whose mission is to connect & unite community members with neighbors, groups, & resources to facilitate community engagement. It is the Partnership's belief that by being informed and organized, neighbors are empowered to make positive change where they live, work, and play. Simple as A.B.C.D. The RNP board consists of community volunteers, City Staff and one City Council Ward representative. (17) members are neighborhood residents: (2) from each City Ward and (3) at-large members. Neighborhood representatives are encouraged to be active in a neighborhood association, neighborhood watch, or a local community organization. In addition to neighborhood representatives there are members from the business community, non-profit organizations, or education. One Ward representative acts as our advocate to the City Council.
