Join renown LGBTQ+ women identified skateboarders for an afternoon of skate tricks and games. These girlz are rad! Under the banner of Palm Springs Pride, Lesbo Expo Presents will produce and promote a Pride Official woman identified LGBTQIA+ skateboarding event with consideration of Pride’s theme for 2021- “We Are Included”. Goals 1. To promote visibility of women who actively participate in the sport of Skateboarding. 2. Demonstrate community, creativity, diversity and visibility of all LGBTQ+ lesbians, queer women, trans women. Event Outline Event will take place on Saturday November 6th 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Palm Springs Skate Park 405 S. Pavilion Way. Spectators and fans will be able to purchase Eventbrite tickets for $15. Line Up 2:30 to 3:30- Free skateboard clinic for girlz of all ages. 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.- Skater registration and practice access to bowls, etc. 4:30- Gates open for ticket holders and walk-up cash ticket sales (if not sold out) 5:00- Event begins with introduction. This is a fun event, and we will feature tricks, etc . We will plan a list of games to win prizes for highest Ollie, longest boardslide in transition, longest manual, dizzy lick flips youngest ollie, etc. This event will be inclusive of all girlz. There will be some seating but you may want your own comfy chair and sun umbrella. Mask required inside the skate shop. ALL ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND! Ticket holders will receive after party location to mix and mingle with the skaters
