Hello everyone I’m looking for a place that may be available for rent no more than 1200 a month. I currently live in a duplex. Im open to a house apartment or duplex or similar. I also do have section 8. It will be just me and my daughter my lease is up next month. Yes I can wait if needed. I’m looking to find something more suitable for us. Our current home is very nice and up to date it’s just the area. If you or can refer someone please contact me. I have income and also good reference for renting. I’m very reliable to pay my rent on time you can definitely check with the landlord currently. Currently were living in a nice home with new appliances but I just don’t care too much for the area and with having a daughter.
