Join us for a fun night of poker, prizes, food and drinks to raise money for the Kings of Weightlifting! The first ever Paradiso Poker Tournament will raise funds for the Kings of Weightlifitng. All proceeds will go to support their mission of providing afterschool fitness, nutrition and studies for kids in the south cental LA area. REGISTRATION: EARLY BIRD SPECIAL - $75 if you register between now and one week prior to the event. Recieve an additional $500 in chips for a total of $2000 in chips to start!$100 registration the week of the eventRegistration includes food and 2 drink ticketsSPECTATOR - $40 early bird or $50 week of the event or at the door. These tickets will include food, drink tickets and $200 in "fun money" to play at a couple tables that are not included in the tournament.Check out all the details about the tournament below: The doors will open at 5pm for registration, food and drinksFrom 5:30-6pm the tables and dealers will be available for poker lessons for those that do not know how to play or would like a refresherFood and two alchol drink tickets will be included with your registration. Food provided by Belcampo meats and drinks by various sponsors. Tournament will officially start at 6pm with three 20-minute levels, during which players can purchase more chips if they are running low (Rebuy). After the first hour of play, we will take a break, during which players will have a final opportunity to purchase more chips, regardless of their current stack size (Add On). Starting Stack: $1500 in chips (EARLY BIRD gets an extra $500)Rebuys (available to players whose chip stack drop below 1000 during the first hour): $20 for 1K in chips or $40 for 2K in chips. Add On (available during the break to all players still in the tournament, regardless of their stack size): $20 for 2K , $40 for 4K or Bonus Triple (Best Deal) - $60 for 8KAfter the break players will no longer be able to purchase chips. As players are eliminated from the tournament the tables will be consolidated and broken down.  Once we are down to 9 players remaining in the tournament, they will be consolidated on to the “Final Table” and play until a winner is crowned!All players at the final table will recieve a prize (details announced in the coming weeks!)There will also be "splash pots" throughout the night with an opportunity to win prizes on individual hands.TABLE SPONSORS and PRIZES: If you are interested in sponsoring a table, the cost is $500 and includes 2 tickets to play in the tournament and a custom made glass dealer button.Please contact us if you are interested in providing any additional prizes to the event as well!We are looking forward to hosting you all to raise money for a great cause!
