Need help with shore power to my RV.

I bought this rv and was ripped off. Everything worked fine but had trouble with the next day. I called the guy he came over and tried to charge me a lot for nothing. But I believe he did something to the rv. I can’t get the power to work anymore. I am on disability ex-navy. I need help I don’t have a lot of money but can pay if you can fix it.
