Press release from Waukesha County Department of Public Works: Sept. 24, 2020 Waukesha County Public Works is set to replace the culvert structure on County Highway Y at Pilak Creek Tributary in the City of Muskego. The project is located on CTH Y just south of Pioneer Drive. Construction is scheduled to begin on September 28, 2020 and to continue through November, 2020. During construction, CTH Y (Racine Avenue) is to be closed to traffic at the project location. A detour will be posted that follows STH 36 to STH 164 to CTH L.
