9/18/21 * all event staff must be adults...no one under 18 years of age Call time 9am Matinee @ 1:00 pm * Gates Open to Public @ 11:00 am * Pre-show Pit Party opens @ 11:30 am to 12:30 pm * Show Starts @ 1:00 pm * Show ends about 3:00 pm avg. time worked..est. 5.5 hours to 6 hours for show work for the day we hold event staff meeting prior to gates opening - will provide instructions/tools Parking Cars Ticket Seller for Ticket Booth for walk up ticket sales VIP Check in Staff for VIP Check in Booth - out in front of ticket booth Ticket Takers - one for VIP entry & one for Gen Adm entry Ushers for VIP Reserved Seating Sections Pit Party ticket taker - after Pit Party closes - help w/ VIP Ushering Food Concession * agreed show pay is $90.00 per person for the (1) show. *If we go to a second show it would be $180 for the (2) shows for the day.
