🙌 Our growing Group Home Company is seeking a Handy Man / Repair Man. Plenty of work is available for the right person. Please read the requirements below. Requirements: ▶ Proven experience as a handyman. ▶ Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment. ▶ Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems. ▶ Carpentry, ceramic tiles ▶ Basic math skills. ▶ Good communication ability. ▶ Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. ▶ Attention to detail. ▶ High school diploma or equivalent. * Plus, we are looking for someone who knows how to fix leaking ceilings and roofs, installs a dishwasher, fixes a broken glass window pane, a broken toilet seat, re-paint bathtub, repair broken cabinet doors, and repair broken bar stools, etc. ✨Must have a valid driver's license.
