The project will cost $10 million and crews will install a blast mat made of steel and rubber before the detonations to contain any debris. Deborah McCusker, a 66-year-old inmate at the Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility threw a bloody towel at a correctional officer. The inmate was issued a citation and has been ordered to appear in court.
