Full Job Description We need someone who will support & work with the team to provide an excellent client experience, efficient operational flow, while exceeding clients’ needs and expectations. Offer suggestions to build on existing operational systems that can lead to better overall solutions. Responsibilities: · Facilitate and complete plumbing services from start to finish · Establish pricing and discuss repair options with the clients You Are: · Organized and detail-oriented · Enthusiastic & willing to take on tough challenges · An expert communicator, on the phone and by email · Ambitious to learn even if it’s from mistakes · Enjoy using technology to create efficiencies · Accountable & willing to take responsibility · Someone who loves helping people · Results-driven!
