Job schedule is Monday-Friday after 6:30 pm • Requirements Applicants need to be at least 18 years old. Have a CA driver license. Reliable vehicle and a cell phone (I need to be able to reach you when needed). Reliable and steady attendance Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds to take the garbage out to the dumpster. Must have the ability to work with little supervision and be able to independently determine tasks to complete on a daily basis. Cleaning Experience Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the below job duties; which include/but not limited to walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending and lifting. Must be dependable, Punctual, able to work independently Duties: • Empty trash containers, and remove debris from floor. • Sweep and mop floors. Vacuum • Clean and stock supplies in all areas inside of assigned building, including restrooms as needed. • Clean toilets/sinks. High and low dusting of specified areas. • Fill paper towels, toilet paper and soap dispensers as needed. • Cardboard removal. • Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
