I'm looking for a small breed puppy for my dad, where he lives he cannot have a dog that weighs more than 10 pounds. My dad has stage 4 cancer so I'm just looking to get him a little companion to comfort him. I can only afford a very small rehoming fee at the moment. Free or a very small rehoming fee would be ideal, I cannot pay more than $100.
