Description
PALM DESERT, CA — Two people were killed and one person was seriously injured in a collision early Sunday morning on Highway 111 in Palm Desert, authorities said.
The crash involved two vehicles and was reported at 4:33 a.m. at Fred Warning Drive near the highway, the Riverside County Fire Department reported.
Two people were pronounced dead at the scene while a third victim was taken to a nearby hospital by ground ambulance, fire officials said.
No other information was immediately available.
