Peter Fleming and Michael Fleming of Marquette Properties are listed as the real estate brokers for 725 West Jefferson St. According to the Marquette Properties website, the Bob Martin Auto Sales commercial building at 725 West Jefferson St. is priced to sell at $550,000. The vacant paved lot at the northwest corner of Jefferson and Raynor is available for $350,000. "Rare opportunity to purchase a location that has served a successful auto sales business for over 40 years! Great location on the hard corner of Jefferson St & Raynor Ave!" the real estate listing proclaims.
