PAVER OPERATOR This position is to operate a paver machine on driveways and parking lots. Control machine through use of levers and knobs to: -Control direction and speed of machine -Control asphalt thickness by adjusting screed position -Control material flow by operating hopper lift and augers -Coordinate dump truck movements through use of hand signals -Control material flow to limit unnecessary hand work and improve efficiency -Moderate screed temperature to prevent damage but maintain smooth mat surface Experience running - pavers, rollers, milling machines, skid steers, etc. We are looking for EXPERIENCED asphalt paving laborers. Requirements are: Shoveling, raking, tamping and any other physical labor required to perform asphalt paving of driveways. Minimum of two years of experience.Top dollar pay.
