Licensed electrician to swap out panel

Looking for a *licensed* electrician to swap out an old 50A panel and replace it with a 200A. Will need to coordinate with PNM to replace the service to the house. Front and back of the panel, and most wiring are easily accessible during construction. Looking to have work completed in the next few days if possible.
