Keys/Synth for Post-Punk band

Heavy Postpunk/psych grungish band I guess looking to ad synth elements to our music, ethereal stuff when appropriate and the heavy hitting Bass hits ect. Pretty open to ideas. Really experimenting to fill space and the mix and see what happens for old songs and more heavily incorporate in some newer material. Looking for folx between the ages of 21-35ish. Backing vocals would be a plus but totally not necessary. Looking to start off jamming try a few tracks and see if it is a good fit.
