Sweet black pup for rehoming

Looking to rehome my dog Harlow. She is around 1.5-2 yrs old/30ish lbs. She's a mix (we think some sort of retriever/terrier) and UTD on shots, chipped, and spayed. She is skittish, but will warm up to you with a little time. She's never been around cats, but does fine with other dogs and kids. She has been professionally leash trained and is crate/house trained. She knows to sit and will stay. I am wanting to rehome her because she really needs a fenced in yard to play and run freely. There will be a small rehoming fee just to ensure she goes to great home. Please message if interested.
