Over the weekend, I rescued a cat from a heartbreaking situation. Both the owners have dementia and were unable to care for the kitty, or themselves. This cutie has had a really hard life. He has never had "normal" cat food, only scraps from the floor. No access to clean water. Using the home as a kitty box... Heartbreaking! The first time I learned about this situation was Friday, that's when I went over to check out the living conditions. I wasn't able to pick kitty up until yesterday because that's when a foster became available. You guys, if you love animals as much as I do please consider supporting Amazing Strays Rescue. We wouldn't be able to do the work we do with out the awesome people in our community. If you have the ability to take in a cat or dog for a little while, also consider fostering with us! I am so thankful that I volunteer with such an AMAZING rescue **This kitty is not yet ready to be adopted but we do have other kitties available**
