Description
My two dogs are best buds and need to stay together. They are very playful with each other and love affection from their owner. THEY ARE AMAZING WITH KIDS!! I have 4 children and as you can see in the photos, they are family dogs that my youngest son quite literally chooses to sleep with and use as a pillow every night, for years now. *some photos are of chief as a puppy, he is not a puppy, he is two now but the photos show his age progression and relationship with bowser from day 1* Bowser is a dachshund corgi mix and chief… we don’t know but he’s a beautiful dog with yellow brown eyes. Bowser is 8 and very calm. He follows his owner wherever they go. Chief is 2.5 and he is a dog that literally hugs you. He wants to be with his head in your neck as often as possible and is THE most affectionate dog I have ever met. Bowser is fixed, chief is not. They love to run around outside and play and need space to do so. Neither have ever been kenneled so that is not an option for the dogs future. They love to sleep either next to your bed on the floor or in your bed if you’ll allow it. I have always been home with them during the day so it is recommended that they are able to stay with someone who works from home or is retired. HOWEVER when I go stay the night somewhere, they are completely trusted and do not go to the bathroom in the house overnight or go crazy tearing things apart. Bowser will hold is bathroom at ALL COSTS. They both sit, lay down, shake & stay. They get along with cats, but the question is if your cat will get along with them? I have a cat, and rescued 9 kittens last year and they were all fine together. They will bark at visitors at first and then realize who it is or that their owner is ok with them and then calm down. I have always felt safe with them because they’ll alert me if there’s anything going on or hear voices outside, but their barking is never uncalled for or out of control (yippy, annoying) They have specific commands that I am happy to teach or share with the next owner so they can be in control of them from the beginning (or as close to). Please reach out if you would like to adopt my amazing companion dogs. Unfortunately, due to divorce I have had to move and return to full time work and the apartment life is not the life for my dogs. They need a backyard and someone to be with to be fulfilled like they deserve. I am moving again in two weeks and would like to get to know someone and rehome them within that timeframe. I am asking a small rehoming fee that we can discuss if you feel your situation would line up with their needs and vice versa.
