Help moving furniture into apt - 9/20 in afternoon

Hi there, we are looking for help moving a few heavy items (couches, bed frame) into an apartment. Would also like help assembling the bed frame. There is one set of stairs that the furniture will have to be carried up. Approx 2-3 hours of help Monday 9/20 in the afternoon.
