Property management company with periodic and ongoing apt cleaning work. Typically the cleaning involves final clean out when A. prior tenant or hauler packed out, and its cleaning of a vacant apt to get ready for next tenancy. B. paint and floor crew finishes the work and packed out, cleaning of a vacant apt to get ready for next tenancy. Typically some dusts, paint stains, appliances, tile/tub, etc. Cleaning is only ordered when the contractors or items are packed out and code access is setup. Most apt sizes are 1 bedroom around 700 sq/ft give or take, or 2br around 1000 sq/ft. General expectation is 2 cleaners, 2hrs. Pay is $100 if a standard cleaning. Or up to $150 if it's more involved with issues outside of the ordinary that would exceed the normal timeframe to get cleaning condition up to move-in ready. We plan on using the service provider on frequent basis as rental units turnover, on average approximately 3-5 times per month. Pay can be sent via Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo or any of the online transfer options.
