songwriter seeking producer

Hello there! I am a songwriter/composer from Nepal currently living in Seattle in the U district. I write songs in both Nepalese and English. I have a bunch of songs that I want to get produced; some of the songs are halfway arranged, and others are just guitar chords and lyrics. I have been using Cubase to create my demos, but I'm sure the stems can be easily ported over to any other DAW. I am looking for someone who can point my songs towards the right direction, and offer help with arranging, tracking and mixing. I have a 9-5 job so I can only devote evenings and weekends towards music. I DO NOT want to work with remote workers. We absolutely need to be physically together when we hammer out the details of each song and arrangement.
