My friend (Vocals) and I (Guitar, bass, mandolin, lapsteel, backup vocals) moved here from Reno recently and want to start a new band and start gigging originals (we're always writing and doing home recordings). We've got some stuff out on Spotify and whatnot, just ask me. I'll send you our old band and our current stuff. Some big influences are garage rock bands like Black Lips, Shannon and the Clams, Night Beats and Nude Party to name a small amount. I listen to a large amount of 40s, 50s and 60s country like Johnny Cash (of course), Eddie Noack, Ernest Tubb and Loretta Lynn. I suppose we like to play and write fun songs and try to pay attention to every detail without being too nit-picky (I can be, oops). We'd love to start with getting a drummer and bassist first, but in the end would love to have a second guitar and lapsteel. More backup vocals the better.
