A) The front and back yard need to be mowed,. Also weeds on the retaining wall removed. Weeds +. grass must be filled in garbage bags - NOT left on the lawn. This is URGENT, must be done tomorrow. other work can wait. B) There are cracks in the driveway and back yard concrete slab (As in the picture)- these need to be filled and resurfaced. C) There is more work around the house - sheet rock repair. electrical etc. ***. You must have a lawn mover, weed whacker and edger. ***. You must wear a mask - Without this, I cannot let you on my property Sorry. For - lawn moving, removing weeds willing to pay up to $ 80. Prices for the rest can be discussed after you complete this.
