Hiring Construction Workers to Build a Deck in Granville

I'm building a deck at my home and I need a few guys or girls to help me with the construction. Should take approximately 3-4 days of work minimum 8-hours per day. I have all the materials needed, this will be simple assembly of wood materials and fasteners. I only need people, I DO NOT NEED COMMERCIAL INQUIRIES... please DO NOT CONTACT ME if you are a company... this project isn't that big. I can do it myself... but having some helpers would be great... I need help tearing down the top wood of this old deck and then clean up and install the new deck boards for the new deck. Workers, please be familiar with following directions. As a sub-contractor working on this project, you MUST have the following: 1. Reliable Transportation...is a must * Must arrive to work to start at 9am . 2. Must have own tools... * Includes: cordless drill with extra battery and charger, if you have electric saws (a plus) . 3. Must have a cell phone . 4. Must have experience in construction and familiar with building . 5. Must have a good work ethic and be punctual . . Please inquire ASAP. You will be paid $100 per day at the end of the project (to insure that we start and finish)... previously I hired some people to work on some landscaping and they came one day and after being paid did not show up again. . . This really should take about 4 days... one day for demolition... one day for framing lay out and repairs and staining deck posts... one day for fastening new deck boards...and one day for finishing and cleanup.
