To be honest, I just now got the idea to offer a part of my home for a rehearsal space. I'm interested to receive cash or trade or barter a fair exchange for all parties for use of space on my property. I'd be interested to know the day(s) and times you anticipate needing the space, and what else you may need in addition to having access to electricity. I would also need to know the size of space you need. I have 3 spots on my property that may work. 1. A little more than 1/2 my garage (approx 250sqft.) 2. In my back yard with a canopy set up for shade from the sun. 3. I have an approx 20x15 space inside my house that may work (~275sqft.) Either way, you would have access to electricity, water, fans and bathroom. I would ask you to respect my property. I figure we could try this until the neighbors complain.
