5 year old bill mastiff

We are relocating to another state and unfortunately our family member will not be able to go. He is a 140 pound bull mastiff who is 5 years old (he will be 6 on 4/16/2021). We have had him since the moment he was able to leave his mom. He is an inside dog and whoever we find for him. He would need to continue to be an inside dog. Bull mastiffs do not have sweat glands so staying in prolonged heat will hurt him. He is a big teddy bear. I do not want him around other animals (since he has never been around any) and and small children (since he has never been around any). Serious inquiries only. I will need to make a home visit to see if it is an safe environment as well as if the new owners have a loving relationship with him. He is literally our family. And I want the next family to treat him as such.
