An educator for 31 years, Kristin Hasbrook is a school counselor, parent educator, school consultant and a Love and Logic facilitator. She is currently working in the Hamilton School District as a high school counselor, the alcohol and drug support counselor and the coordinator of Hamilton Connects.
She has a certificate in Level 1 Trauma Loss and Clinical Specialist and completed required trainings for Motivational Interviewing and Suicide prevention. A parent of four, she serves as Vice President of the Porcupine Foundation, a non-profit organization that benefits children’s causes. She is officially certified as an instructor with @MHFirstAIDUSA!.
In 2020 Kristin was selected as a Herb Kohl Educational Foundation Teacher Fellow. One of only 100 teachers selected statewide, Kristin earned the award for her “skill as a leader and agent for positive change and superior ability to inspire the love of learning”.
