100 Black Men of Greater Washington Presents: POWER HOUR with Keith Pough.
Join us next Saturday, September 18th, 2021 for the final event of our four part Jesse Parker: Health & Wellness- Summer Series.
This will be a FREE fitness class led by Keith Pough at Maya Angelou Public Charter School. This POWER HOUR starting at 9am will be hosted by the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, DC.
What is POWER HOUR? An Hour of performance training empowering you to move well and often.
A catered boxed meal will be provided to those who RSVP through this link by Wednesday, September 15th, 2021.
Throughout the morning and afternoon there will be additional FREE classes offered such as yoga, boxing, health screenings, a kid zone, and LIVE DJ/Concert.
This event is in conjunction with the African American Male Wellness Agency - DC BLACK MEN'S HEALTH WEEK.

100 BMOGW, Inc. is an affiliate of the 100 Black Men of America (100 BMOA). 100 Black Men is devoted to improving the quality of life for African-Americans - particularly young men - through the "Four for the Future" program.
