Seeking bids on replacing my current, 40 glallon electric water heater with a pre-purchased, electric, tankless water heater for a 1300 sqft. 4 person household; must include removal and disposal of current water heater. The water heater is on a dedicated, 30 amp total, 1 breaker circuit. The new electric water heater will be mounted in the empty space or just beside it, whatever is easier.
