A locally-sourced, three-and-a-half course beer and food pairing dinner that highlights community and collaboration. Welcome to our FIRST EVER Tap and Handle beer dinner! With all of the hurdles of the past year and a half, community is more important than ever. We are so blessed to live in such a bountiful place and this dinner is a chance to be creative while incorporating some of the wonderful people and small businesses in our community. Beer from Horse & Dragon will not only be provided with each course, but also be incorporated into the dishes. Additionally, appetizer boards by The Fox and the Crow will be waiting for you upon arrival. Produce is mostly brought to you by your local farmers market, and the chickens were provided by Friendly Nick’s Butcher Shop. We really look forward to spending the evening with you. Below are a few of the things to keep in mind as a participant: With the looming Covid cloud hanging over us (and this abnormally warm September), we intend to do this dinner outside, weather permitting, of course. In the event of inclement weather, we may be forced to move inside. If you purchase tickets as a group, we will do our best to seat you together. There will be five tables with six seats each. We can be flexible within reason, but please realize you may be seated with people you do not know (after all, isn’t making new friends part of the experience?). Refunds will only be available if we have to cancel the event. This meal will contain poultry, nuts, dairy and other potential allergens.
