We are a commercial landscape and snow removal company with several yards throughout the Tri-State area and service over 400 locations! What Types of Equipment Are We Looking For? - Truck with Plow : Starting at $100/hr. - Front Loaders : 1-3 yard - Backhoe with or without Snow Pusher - Skid Steer with or without Snow Pusher : Starting at $125/hr. - Ventrac or Sidewalk Machine : Starting at $75/hr. - Snow Blowers or Snow Throwers : $35/hr. - Shovel Teams : $30/person/hr. - Truck Salters (2 yard, 3-5 yard and Dump Truck) - Truck Tailgate Salters with Pallet of Salt in Bed (We pay for all materials upfront) Service Areas : - North Jersey - North West Jersey - Central Jersey - Jersey Shore Area - South West Jersey - Eastern Pennsylvania - New York City (Manhattan) What Types of Properties You Would be Servicing? - Shopping centers (small-large) - Storage facilities (ex: Extra Space, Public Storage ) - Big Box Stores (ex: Best Buy, Kohls, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes) - HOA & Apartment Buildings - Warehousing (medium-large) - Office Buildings - Banks (ex: Bank of America, Chase) Subcontractor Requirements : - 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. - Have minimum (1) year plow experience (3-5 years preferable) - Have a smart phone - MUST have your own truck or equipment - Equipment in good condition How Do You Get Paid? - We pay all our snow subcontractors 1099 - We pay net 15 (2 weeks) - Get paid hourly or per event / per service (You can expect to work minimum 10-12 hours for a 5 in storm) What’s The Next Step? - Give us a Call Today with where you are located, your service area and equipment available. - We will let you know what its currently available for this winter season - We will be helping you during the storm as needed!
