A one day timeout for the busy Goddess! Come enjoy a day of healing and soothing activities with a peaceful community of women. Goddesses are out here saving lives, making the world a better place and doing amazing things.....but when do they take a break? This mini retreat was created with this idea in mind: Goddesses need healing too! Join Uma for a beautiful day of storytelling, healing, upliftment and conscious attention to our manifestations. Enter feeling drained, exhausted or worn down and leave feeling refreshed, refocused and ready to create the lives we deserve! Only 10 participants can attend so RSVP now! Our focus in September is on the ROOT CHAKRA so all activities and lunch will be focused on grounding, centering and protecting our energy. Come and experience a day of refreshment and revival. Outline: 10am-10.30am: Easy Stretching and Beginner Yoga *Even if you have never done yoga or you have flexibility issues, this class is for you! Uma is great at providing simple poses and recommending substitutions to keep you feeling easy and peaceful during the session. 10.30am-11am: Meditation and Mantra We will begin with the chanting of the Lakshmi Mantra and then sit for a short meditation in ease. 11am-11.30am: Deep Emotional Healing with Emotion Code Healing We will pair up with each other and use magnets for Emotion Code Healing! Very healing and revealing! 11.30am-12pm: Grounding Journaling Exercise After our busy but healing morning, we will take some time to journal. Questions will be focused on grounding and centering. Please bring a journal and pen for this part! 12pm-12.30pm: Lunch Break A vegetarian lunch will be catered at the center for all participants. If you have specific food preferences or food restrictions, please bring your own food for your safety. 12.30pm-1.30pm: Access Energetic Clearings in Root Chakra Issues Uma will go through the topics of love, career, finances and health and uproot, uncreate and destroy the blocks you have around them using Access energetic clearings. Powerful! 1.30pm-2.30pm: Message Circle with Tarot/Oracle Cards Bring your tarot or oracle cards and we will take turns reading each other to receive messages from Spirit that we need to hear! 2.30pm-3pm: Closing Circle and Reflections The Lotus and the Light Metaphysical Center is a Holistic Wellness and Spiritual community located close to old town Manassas, VA.
