Looking for an unusual and enlightening experience for you and your family? Have you ever heard of "earthen construction"? Learn to build using cob, using clay soil from my land (and a few other elements). Skills are easy enough for children (about age 7) to learn and do. I'll teach how you can build with cob.... Tiny house, big house, dog house, chicken coup, fire pit, grill, oven, kids playhouse, and many other ideas are possible. Search online for "cob house" to learn the basics. Bring friends if you can. 😃 Location: Ridgewood Ct, Winston Salem, NC. Time: Saturdays and Sundays, 10am to 6pm. Come when you can. Leave when you need. Come prepared to get your feet and hands dirty. I plan to serve drinks and snacks. I expect this to be a month long opportunity into late October.
