In this Quiet class, light music will be playing as you paint, draw or collage. Upon Entry, everyone will be given a Paper with Instructions In this Quiet class, light music will be playing as you paint, draw or collage. Upon Entry, everyone will be given a Paper with Instructions, a Prompt, and any information needed. We will start by meditating on the prompt. This is a class to take time in your day away from electronic devices, Noise, Information, and communication. A break from the busy world to look in and let out your artistic side. Silence can be hard so if you need a break you are encouraged to take a few moments outside the classroom before coming back in. At the end of the class, we can talk about the prompts and our art with each other, and share the memories they hold. The instructor will provide all the art supplies needed. In the end, you can take home your art. We are a full holistic center offering,Reiki sessions, classes, workhops and special events. Our fully-stocked spiritual  gift shop has something for everyone!
