This years program featuring esteemed panelists will speak about their careers with an emphasis on leadership, growth, and achievement. The program will be take place live at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. An in-person networking reception will follow the panel. The Advancement Initiative is a group of female lawyers of color who are mid-levels (roughly 3 – 13 years of practice) at law firms and in-house in the New York/New Jersey area.
