The Advancement Initiative is a group of female lawyers of color who are mid-levels (roughly 3 – 13 years of practice) at law firms and in-house in the New York/New Jersey area. The group offers a forum for advancement techniques, networking and relationship building focused on this target group of attorneys positioned to be the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
