Wine is for Everyone! If you like wine and want to learn more without feeling intimidated, this is the class for you! We'll explore different ways to taste and talk about wine by tasting through a lineup of some of the best-loved grapes and styles from all over the world. The class will cover the fundamental components in wine and general principles about how to serve and pair different varieties, all in a fun and informal environment. Over the course of the 1.5 hour class, we'll taste 5 different wines with culinary pairings, review a flavor & aroma wheel, and address some of the most common questions about grapes, terroir, glasses, and more. The class will take place in our new Tasting Space at Lowell's Western Avenue Studios. PLEASE NOTE: Our in-person classes are open only to guests who have been fully vaccinated; we will ask to see a photo of your vaccine card and photo ID before admission. Promoting women and woman-identified food and creative professionals and sharing knowledge about our local food systems.
