Part Time, Flexible Hours, Janitorial and Landscape Maintenance - We are a German specialty automotive shop with a great team and clients. We are looking for someone who will take pride in what we do and help us keep our facility and grounds in extraordinarily tidy condition. Some of the work must be done while we are closed. We are open 7-5:30 - Mon- Fri, so any time or day outside of those hours work for us. You will be responsible for mowing and trimming about a block of parking strips on both sides and 3 parking lots. We have good equipment and will provide all of the training necessary. You must be bond-able, no arrest record, self motivated and dependable. We will be trusting you with a two million and a half dollars worth of buildings, cars and equipment. A clean driving record is important. Send a short resume with at least three references.
