Little black and white dog

Tiny little black and white dog wearing a green collar running around the Clearwater Square apartments. Kind of like a shaggy weiner dog with a long haired tail. Wife and I tried to catch him but he didn't want to be caught. Looks a Lil old and scared, but is clearly someone's pet. Hope it helps, we tried to catch him for almost 2 hours.
