I am looking for a property preservation contractor or handyman in the city of Wharton TX. Please have Experience doing Preservation work or at least some basic knowledge of Preservation and working with bank owned properties. Must be willing to take Before, during and after photos of ALL work completed. Must have open availability. Work needed at the property is to complete Lawn Maintanence and a trash out.
